RAINBOW met with much success when broadcasting on LIVE365 in 2005 - 2006.... Dawn's 'LOVE ZONE' programmes were possibly the most popular addition to RAINBOW.Presented by Dawn every night at 11pm this programme built up a regular & loyal audience. This programme was also relayed in New Zealand on WORLD FM (thank you Chris!)..As well as this programme RAINBOW encompassed every music genre....from the best Golden Oldies to the raunchiest rock! Lots of classic rock and new music were on the Menu too and the station became very popular all around the World, particularly in the USA. When it was at it's height several things happened which meant that Dawn was unable to carry on with the station she loved - in fact two stations, as Dawn's TELSTAR SOUTH was also incredibly popular and it too had a very loyal following... however there was no way around the problems, the main one being Dawn's health problems so, sadly, the stations closed in September 2006........................................
We are hoping and praying that Dawn can continue where she left off,perhaps as early as February 2007 although it is thought that only RAINBOW will return at this moment in time...who knows what the future may hold? Please check our NEWS PAGE for further updates
